Sister, Dear

FireAlpaca FINALLY has Watercolor Bitmap brushes... yesss... (as well as some other ones like Pattern Bitmaps etc.)
So I was very eager to try them out by making a painting! I decided to draw Winter from RWBY because... well... I couldn't think of anything else to draw, LMAO
She kind of reminds me of my older sister, but I don't know why... *shrug* maybe a subconscious thing...
